The collaboration builds on Bangchak’s longstanding commitment to youth development in communities surrounding the Bangchak Phra Khanong Refinery. For 18 years, the company has supported young people through the Bangchak Youth Football Club, helping those with football talent develop their skills systematically while pursuing their education and creating pathways to continue their studies at leading educational institutions.

Mrs. Gloyta said, “Bangchak believes that sustainable youth development means enabling young people to grow in a well-rounded way, both academically and by developing their individual talents and interests, whether in sports, the arts, music, or other areas, while also fostering teamwork and discipline. The Bangchak Youth Football Club was established with the intention of supporting young people in communities surrounding the refinery in developing their football potential. We are proud that young players from the Club will now have a pathway to study at Suankularb Wittayalai School and join its football team, allowing them to pursue both their education and the sport they love. This collaboration will initially begin with the Bangchak Youth Football Club, and we hope it can be extended to other companies across Bangchak Group to further support young people in developing their potential.”

The collaboration will support promising players from the Bangchak Youth Football Club in being considered for admission to Suankularb Wittayalai School and for joining the school’s student football team, in accordance with mutually agreed criteria and requirements. The parties will also share resources, knowledge and networks, and undertake activities that support the development of students in both sports and education. The initial cooperation framework is set for three years.
