Available every Saturday, Sunday, and public holiday (excluding the first Sunday of each month) from 12.00 to 16.00 hrs, the Spanish buffet is priced at THB 1,790++ per person. Diners are taken on a sensory journey across Spain’s diverse regions—from its abundant coastline to its time-honoured regional specialities—each dish thoughtfully reimagined through Chef Borja’s contemporary lens and deep respect for tradition. Beverage packages start from THB 149++ including unlimited soft drinks, water, coffee, and tea.
Originally from Cádiz in southern Spain, Chef Borja brings with him an impressive culinary pedigree shaped by renowned Michelin-starred kitchens, including Hide in London and StreetXO in Madrid. At UNO MAS, his approach is warm, generous, and rooted in the joy of sharing—capturing the convivial spirit of Spanish dining while artfully blending heritage with modern creativity.
