She says, “The pharmaceutical industry is one of the Thai government’s New S-Curves which can add value to the country. The domestic pharma industry is now worth 180 billion baht, the second biggest in the ASEAN region and only second to Indonesia. At the post-pandemic time, every sector realizes the pharma industry is crucial. There is a need for production to meet demand and R&D for treatment. Therefore, CPHI South East Asia 2022 continues the success of its 2019 edition, the first time in Thailand. Over 200 leading enterprises covering the entire industry confirm to showcase ingredient innovations for pharma production. Besides, international experts will join a series of pharma seminars, highlighting their support for the Thai pharma industry to explore opportunities and address challenges the world is facing.
