“Imagine Devices” from the University of Texas at Austin The Global Competition Winner of the Bangkok Business Challenge 2026 Powered by SCGC

Sasin School of Management announced the winners of the Bangkok Business Challenge Powered by SCGC, a leading innovator in the polymer business and integrated solutions for sustainability. The global student startup competition brings together university teams to present and pitch sustainable, innovation-driven business solutions under the theme “Growing Impactful Ventures: Building Solutions for Tomorrow’s World.” 

Imagine Devices from the University of Texas at Austin, United States of America, the Global Competition Winner, claimed the most prestigious prize, H.M. The King of Thailand’s Award, along with a cash prize of $18,000. SafeSock from Johns Hopkins University, United States of America, took the runner-up prize and a cash prize of $3,000. H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s Sustainability Award went to TriChokro Trambulance from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, who received a $5,000 cash prize. A total of 385 teams from 83 higher education institutions across 20 countries applied to compete in the Bangkok Business Challenge 2026. The final round was held at Sasin School of Management on May 23.
