Recently, Mr. Bundit Hansapaiboon, Acting President, Refinery and Marketing Business Group, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, was invited to deliver a special lecture on “Project Feasibility Study” to students in the Flexible MBA program, Semester 2/2025, the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) Business School.

Mr. Bundit shared insights into Bangchak Group’s business operations and approaches to transforming the organization as it transitions into a new era, guided by the vision of “Crafting a Sustainable World with Evolving Greenovation.” He cited case studies such as the Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) business and the Fry to Fly initiative, which transforms used cooking oil into clean energy for the aviation industry. Together, these initiatives help reduce carbon emissions, support the circular economy, and advance Thai aviation towards a sustainable future. He also discussed Winnonie’s growth from a startup into a leading platform for electric motorcycles and automated battery-swapping stations.
In addition, Mr. Bundit explained that the key to a project feasibility study lies in analyzing critical factors such as marketing, finance, technology, legal considerations, and resources, coupled with risk assessment and SWOT analysis to prioritize decisions before investment. These measures help navigate uncertainties, generate returns, and deliver value across the entire chain of products and services to customers. He stressed the importance of modern leadership in understanding organizational goals and customer needs, and in continuously adapting to new opportunities. He concluded his lecture by highlighting the value of intergenerational knowledge sharing, noting that the more we give, the more we receive, and that this knowledge can be passed on endlessly to support sustainable development.
