Amata VN Public Company Limited, or AMATA VN, held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders via electronic media (E-AGM), led by Dr. Apichart Chinwanno, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mrs. Somhatai Panichewa, Chief Executive Officer, together with the Board of Directors. Shareholders approved all key agenda items, including the financial statements, the appointment of directors, the appointment of auditor and director’s remunerations, reflecting transparent corporate governance in line with international standards, reinforcing investor confidence.
