IMPACT Growth REIT highlights a resilient business outlook as it enters the year-end 2025 high season, supported by strong demand for large-scale events and increased traffic from the newly launched Pink Line mass transit. The REIT reported steady growth over the past six months, with ARR reaching a new record, operating costs declining, and dividend payouts for Q2 FY2025/26 rising to THB 0.13 per unit, scheduled for distribution on December 12.

Mr. Paul Kanjanapas, Chief Executive Officer of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., the property manager of IMPACT Growth REIT, stated that the MICE industry continues to demonstrate robust growth this year, driven by the expansion of private sector activities, international concerts, and large-scale trade exhibitions. These factors have significantly supported the industry, resulting in sustained increases in space utilization and average rental rates at IMPACT.
For the third quarter of fiscal year 2025/26 (October 1 – December 31, 2025), the period marks the peak high season with the highest density of events. Several flagship events are scheduled during this time, including IMPACT being selected as the venue for Miss Universe 2025, to be held at Challenger Hall 2, welcoming international participants and reinforcing the venue’s positioning as a true “Global MICE Destination.” In addition, major concerts and international trade exhibitions are set to take place in December, such as the 42nd Thailand International Motor Expo 2025 and OTOP City 2025.
“The opening of the extended section of the Pink Line mass transit at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani Station (MT01), together with the direct Sky Entrance connection to Challenger Hall, has significantly enhanced travel convenience, eased traffic congestion, and become a key factor attracting more international events to the venue. This marks another pivotal year for IMPACT Growth REIT.”
Mr. Paul further noted that IMPACT is pursuing additional connectivity developments within the complex. Construction is currently underway on a bridge linking directly to IMPACT Forum Hall 4, which is expected to be completed by March 2026. The new facility will support major international events such as THAIFEX – ANUGA ASIA 2026, as well as other large-scale activities in the future.
Mrs. Wanpen Mungpiansakul, Managing Director of RMI Co., Ltd., the REIT manager, stated that the year-end outlook remains positive, supported by strong bookings of global-scale events in the third and fourth quarters (October 1, 2025 – March 31, 2026), which represent the peak event season. This momentum is expected to drive revenue growth compared with the previous year, alongside more efficient cost management and a diversified portfolio of events.
For the first six months of fiscal year 2025/26, the REIT recorded total service revenue of THB 1,036 million and net profit of THB 555 million, maintaining a high gross margin of 86% and a strong net margin of 53%. Average rental rates (ARR) stood at THB 90–91 per square meter, the highest level since the post-COVID period, driven by international concerts and lifestyle events.
The REIT continues to deliver consistent returns. Most recently, it announced an interim dividend for Q2 FY2025/26 of THB 0.13 per unit, an increase from the same period last year, with payment scheduled for December 12, 2025. Total dividends for the six-month period amounted to THB 0.35 per unit, reflecting solid financial strength and alignment with the policy of distributing no less than 90% of net profit.
