Set at Krok-A-Cafe Espresso Bar, the five-course meal serves up lobster with spicy caviar sauce, succulent fresh lobster cooked to perfection and served with a special spicy caviar sauce, herb sous-vide salmon, choice cuts of salmon sous-vided in a blend of Thai herbs, ‘chlorophyll’ crab soup with Alaskan crab salad or truffle soup, and a variety of premium imported beef, lamb and black cod prepared surprising and memorable ways.
Topping off the meal are desserts including a chocolate soufflé with fresh berries. Prices start at THB 3,900++ per person with a free drink from the menu from 06.00 – 10.00 PM
