What’s New in the J&T Express App?
The redesigned J&T Express App brings together a range of functions to help users manage their parcel deliveries from start to finish.
Users can create shipping orders, track order status, check shipping fees, and find convenient service points. The app also supports COD account management and allows users to submit parcel claims directly through the platform.
For those who regularly send multiple parcels, the Batch Shipping feature allows multiple shipments to be managed in one process, reducing the need to create orders individually.
The app also includes discount coupons and a dedicated space for J&T Express news and service updates, allowing users to browse relevant information and services from within the same platform.
How to Get Started
For first-time users, creating a shipment can be done directly through the app. After opening the J&T Express App, users can select the option to create a new order, enter the required shipping information, review the order details and applicable fees, and select their preferred service option.
Users can choose to schedule a parcel pickup through the app or prepare their parcels for drop-off at participating service points. Once an order has been created, shipment status can be checked through the app at any time.
For users sending multiple parcels, Batch Shipping provides another option for managing several shipments in one process, helping simplify what can otherwise be a repetitive task.

To mark the launch of the redesigned app, J&T Express is offering a promotion this September for both new and existing customers who use the app, with a THB 9 shipping discount coupon.
The promotion is available for parcels weighing up to 20 kilograms, with one redemption allowed per phone number throughout the campaign period. The discount applies to shipping fees only and excludes packaging fees and the additional fuel surcharge. It cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
