‘Tsubohachi’ Welcomes Autumn With Hokkaido Oshi Sushi, Grilled SanmaTwo Premium Seasonal Menus Available Sept. 1 – Nov. 30, 2026 at Participating Branches

Tsubohachi, Hokkaido’s No. 1 original izakaya-style Japanese restaurant, is celebrating the most flavorful season of the year with two premium autumn promotions inspired by Japan’s harvest season, available from Sept. 1 to Nov. 30, 2026 at participating branches.

The seasonal lineup opens with Oshi Sushi, a traditional Kansai-style pressed sushi crafted from carefully selected fresh ingredients and finished with crispy tempura batter (tenkatsu) and nori seaweed for extra texture. Guests can choose from seven varieties priced from 199 to 429 baht, including Oshi Sushi Ebi , Oshi Sushi Aburi Salmon Okonomi, Oshi Sushi salmon yukke, Oshi Sushi Aburi wagyu yukke, and Oshi Sushi Aburi Taraba Butter

“We wanted to bring the authentic taste of Hokkaido to our guests through quality ingredients and traditional preparation techniques, creating a true autumn experience at Tsubohachi,” said the IMPACT Executive Japanese Chef Yamaguchi Isao.

The seasonal highlight continues with Aki no Sanma, or autumn Pacific saury, prized during its September-to-October peak season when the fish migrates into Japanese waters and builds up rich fat reserves, resulting in tender, succulent meat with a distinctive aroma when charcoal-grilled. Prices start from 199 to 539 baht for limited quantities, alongside the signature Sanma Kabayaki Hitsumabushi rice bowl (249 baht), which can be enjoyed two ways — as a glazed grilled-fish rice dish, or with hot broth poured over for a Japanese-style porridge.

The promotion is available for dine-in only at Beehive, The Promenade, Zpell, Cosmo Bazaar, Robinson Ratchapruek and Central Westgate branches (excluding The Portal branch). Prices are subject to a 10% service charge and 7% VAT and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
