Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok invites families and friends to come together for a vibrant Easter Sunday Brunch at Stock.Room on Sunday, 5 April 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., featuring an abundant international buffet, live entertainment and family-friendly activities for guests of all ages.

Designed as a joyful Easter celebration, the brunch brings together an impressive culinary spread curated by the hotel’s talented chefs. Guests can indulge in a wide variety of delicacies, from artisan cheeses and premium cold cuts to freshly prepared seafood and live cooking stations. Highlights include a Sea Bar featuring oysters, mussels, shrimp, river prawns, squid, scallops, king crab, and rock lobster, alongside a selection of sushi and sashimi such as salmon, tuna, hamachi, octopus, and unagi.
The menu also features gourmet pasta and risotto from the Ms.Jigger pasta station, including asparagus-filled ravioli with seafood broth, saffron risotto with burrata cheese, and homemade gnocchi with lamb ragout and aged ricotta. Guests can also enjoy hearty selections from the Butcher’s Chopping Board, featuring artisanal grilled sausages and smoked hickory beef brisket.
In celebration of Easter traditions, diners can look forward to seasonal favourites such as honey and maple-glazed leg ham, herb-roasted lamb leg, slow-roasted beef rump cap, and baked salmon with jalapeño and lime, complemented by classic accompaniments and roasted vegetables.
Beyond the culinary experience, the Easter brunch will be brought to life with festive entertainment throughout the afternoon. Guests can enjoy a live band performance by American neo-soul fusion artist Jafar Curry, while children will be entertained with a variety of activities including DIY cupcake decorating, balloon making, face painting, and cap-making workshops. Families can also meet the Easter Bunny and join the exciting Easter egg hunt on the 6th floor, with two sessions scheduled from 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Adding a creative twist to the experience, guests can visit the DIY mocktail station by Bons Frères & Silpin, where both adults and kids can craft their own refreshing beverages.
