A true highlight of the restaurant’s menu, the signature roasted Peking duck is meticulously prepared to achieve exquisitely crisp skin and succulent, flavourful meat. Available in two serving sizes — half portion at THB 950++ and whole duck at THB 1,800++ — the dish is ideal for both intimate dining and memorable shared experiences.
Presented as a refined two-course experience, the first course features thinly sliced crispy duck skin, expertly carved and served with homemade pancakes, fresh cucumber, spring onion and rich homemade hoisin sauce. This classic combination delivers an elegant balance of textures and flavours, honouring the authenticity of Cantonese culinary tradition.
The second course allows diners to personalise their experience, with the remaining duck meat prepared to their preference in one of three traditional styles:
- Sautéed with aromatic black pepper sauce
- Sautéed with vibrant sweet and sour sauce
- Deep-fried with salt and pepper for a crisp, savoury finish
