For those who missed the cutting show of the giant “Bluefin Tuna” directly from Japan, also known as “Hon-Maguro”, The Emerald Hotel will continue for this event to watch and taste on September 5 and 19, 2025. These two days only are a highlight that we are proud to present.
The dinner buffet includes international menu with premium sushi and seafood, enjoy unlimited foie gras sushi, wagyu and salmon etc. There is also a carving station, truffle soup, pasta, teppanyaki, grilled river prawns, tempura including soft drinks, tea, coffee and desserts.
