With just one simple step of adding the LINE HEALTH Official Account, users can consult doctors or healthcare professionals, receive prescribed medication delivered to their doorstep, and access a broad spectrum of care—from physical and mental health to pediatrics. The service is designed to be convenient, safe, and inclusive, supporting both Thailand’s Universal Coverage Scheme (also known as the “Gold Card”) across 42 common conditions and health insurance plans.
