Discover a New Dimension of Urban Wellness Experience with Mobility and Bouldering at The PARQ

When a space becomes more than just a place, it becomes part of creating a better quality of life. Wellness is therefore not limited to exercise or healthcare alone, but begins with thoughtful design that connects people, nature, and everyday living, creating a balanced lifestyle experience for urban communities.

The PARQ joins Shma, the landscape architecture firm behind Q Garden, the lush green heart of the development, in celebrating its 19th anniversary, together with Stonegoat and Limber Studio, to present “Explore. Connect. Climb.: Explore Space, Embrace Active Living.” The event invites urbanites to discover another dimension of the Urban Wellness Experience through movement, learning, and everyday living in thoughtfully designed spaces on Saturday, 29th August 2026.
