In celebration and to warmly receive her, the hotel arranged an exclusive dinner at Suan Bua Restaurant, the first royal Thai cuisine restaurant under the Centara brand. The menu featured traditional royal recipes inspired by the concept of “Food as Medicine” skilfully prepared without refined sugar. This culinary experience was crafted in close collaboration with Sireeruckhachati park, Thailand’s largest herbal conservation and research centre. Selected Thai medicinal herbs were incorporated into the dishes to offer both balanced flavours and nutritional benefits to guests.
