Bangkok Startup Association (BSA) Organizes “The Customer Obsession Playbook” – A Deep Dive into Customer-Centric Business Strategies 

Bangkok, Thailand, June 10, 2025 – Bangkok Startup Association (BSA) has organized the hosting of a brand-new seminar, “The Customer Obsession Playbook: Building Customer-Centric Businesses That Drive Sustainable Growth – A Critical Debate”, scheduled to take place on Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm at FCCT (The Foreign Correspondents’ Club of Thailand). The event aims to share with participants the practical tools and strategies necessary to help build customer-obsessed organizations.   

This event will open up opportunities for attendees to learn from experts in start-ups and growth-minded new businesses, as well as incorporating a panel discussion on the topic of “The Customer Obsession Playbook”. The panel session will explore pathways into building sustainable businesses in the era where technology and artificial Intelligence (AI) play a major role. The agenda is set to be as follows:
