CHAR Restaurant at Hotel Indigo Bangkok Wireless Road invites diners to enjoy Executive Chef Sebastian Reischer’s tempting new additions featuring succulent seafood and mouth-watering meats.
Chef Sebastian has been elevating CHAR’s menus to heights beyond the 26th floor ever since he joined from the Fireplace Grill at the InterContinental Bangkok. CHAR proudly presents the latest culinary creations, complemented by the warm ambience and spectacular views surrounding the dining room:
Chorizo & Lobster Spaghetti: This sumptuous plate is ideal for sharing with loved ones. Spicy chorizo is slowly pan-fried, releasing a delicious aroma, and then chillies are added for a little extra spark. Served with lusciously glazed lobster tail. A dish to celebrate life.
King Crab Thermidor, featuring Alaskan king crab, spinach, parmesan, and brandy: Thermidor is a classic for a reason. Alaskan king crab takes it to the next level, adding lavishness to this already luxurious dish. Taste the ocean flavours of the Alaskan king crab cakes highlighted with our signature Thermidor sauce and of course plenty of cheese on top. You will want to share this experience, and there’s plenty of flavours to go around!
Wood-fired grilled Wagyu tenderloin, with the onion tart, garlic confit, and one of our signature sauces: Savour the succulent simplicity of the highest quality beef tenderloin grilled to perfection. You don’t need much more, except maybe a finesse of flavour from a little onion tart, garlic confit, and a little cow made of cauliflower and truffles. The mouth waters at the thought.
Wood-fired grilled Australian rack of lamb, harissa paste, olive tapenade, and one of our signature sauces: Our wood-fired grill’s smokiness infuses delectable lamb as it is grilled just right. This perfection is enhanced even more with our homemade Tunisian-style chilli sauce, salty olive tapenade paste, and your choice of our irresistible signature sauces.
Smoked beef short rib, mushroom fregola, white onion, pumpkin, and parmesan: Beef short rib is slowly braised until it is so tender, you won’t need a knife. Served with a creamy mushroom fregola, similar to risotto but crunchy. This is a must-try for beef lovers who appreciate smoky flavours and creamy mushrooms.
