The PARQ, the mixed-use development integrating smart workplaces and retail under the concept of “Life Well Balanced”, has recently signed a new office leasing contract with 3M, a global science-based innovation company known for manufacturing quality industrial, safety and consumer products. With the total area of over 6,400 sqm., 3M is set to use the new office space at The PARQ Workplace as its new headquarter in Southeast Asia. This new head office will open its doors in January with an innovation center designed in cooperation with The PARQ’s engineering team.
