The Koktail Thailand Dining Guide 2027 Awards returns for its 23rd year, celebrating the restaurants, chefs and hospitality professionals shaping Thailand’s dining scene. This invitation-only ceremony brings together leading figures from across the culinary industry to recognise outstanding achievements in culinary excellence, service and innovation.
The evening is expected to welcome more than 800 guests, including chefs, restaurateurs, hospitality leaders and other industry professionals. More than 300 restaurants featured in the Koktail Thailand Dining Guide will be recognised, with around 70 awards presented across a range of categories.
Among the highlights are Chef of the Year, Restaurant of the Year and Opening of the Year, alongside other awards recognising the talent, creativity and dedication that shape the country’s dining culture.
The awards celebrate the achievements of established names and talents alike, while providing a platform to recognise the people and restaurants contributing to Thailand’s reputation as a leading culinary destination.
