Nest: Sanctuary of the Soul Sakul Intakul La Lanta @ River City Bangkok May 16 – June 28, 2026

La Lanta Fine Art proudly presents “Nest: Sanctuary of the Soul”, which unveils a new body of artworks, comprising bronze and resin sculptures, paintings on traditional Japanese Kozo paper and an experiential installation piece by Sakul Intakul, a Bangkok-based contemporary visual artist. In a world defined by relentless motion, Sakul’s solo exhibition offers a return to essence and stillness through an exploration of the “nest” as a universal metaphor for the inner sanctum—a space that is simultaneously fragile and protective. Whether crafted by nature or human hands, these forms serve as catalysts for a shift in awareness, inviting a deeper resonance with the vastness of human consciousness. “Nest: Sanctuary of the Soul” marks a significant new chapter for Sakul Intakul, where his background in floral art serves as the seedbed for his expansion into the world of contemporary spatial art.

About the Artist

Sakul Intakul is a Bangkok-based contemporary visual artist whose practice represents a profound evolution from the mastery of international floral art into the expansive realms of multi-disciplinary sculpture and installation. His journey, marked by extensive cultural exchange across Asia, serves as a testament to the transformative power of art and the continuous unfolding of the human spirit.

Sakul’s current work explores the delicate intersection where traditional craftsmanship meets contemporary spatial experience. By harmonizing heritage materials with modern sculptural forms, he seeks the precise point where nature, culture, and the mindful observer converge. His practice is a dedicated inquiry into stillness and sensory transformation, inviting the viewer to transcend the external world and reconnect with the stillness of the inner self.
