One Bangkok proudly supports Igniting the Spirit Across the Seas: Celebrating 50 Years of ASEAN–New Zealand Dialogue Relations, a showcase of rare and captivating cultural performances from New Zealand featuring  Te Whirikōkō o Rangitāne, a Māori Kapa Haka group from Aotearoa New Zealand, alongside traditional Thai performances by the Thai Song Dam ethnic group and Nora, the classical dance of southern Thailand. The event commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Dialogue Partnership between New Zealand and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) in 2025.

This collaboration between the Embassy of New Zealand in Bangkok and C asean is part of the series of Common Cultural Heritage, an initiative that highlights shared cultural identities, fosters cultural exchange, and promotes sustainable learning in alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. It celebrates diversity, inclusivity, and mutual respect whilst encouraging the preservation of cultural heritage for future generations. This aligns with the vision of One Bangkok which is dedicated to promoting diverse forms of art and culture both in Thailand and internationally, and to establishing the development as a must-visit destination for art and culture enthusiasts. Honored guests included H.E. Mr. Jonathan Kings, Ambassador of New Zealand to Thailand, H.E. Mr. Vijavat Isarabhakdi, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, H.E. Mr. Maris Sangiampongsa, Former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Bolbongse Vangphaen, Director-General of the Department of ASEAN Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs,       Ms. Tongjai Thanachanan, Managing Director of C asean, Mr. Worawat Srisa-an, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of One Bangkok and Mr. Polapatr Suvarnazorn, Advisor to Group CEO, Thai Beverage Public Company Limited The event was held recently at G Floor, The Storeys Square, One Bangkok.
