Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Company Limited, the REIT manager of Golden Ventures Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (“GVREIT”), announced its financial results for Q3FY2021 (April – June 2021). GVREIT achieved total revenue of THB 284.93 million in Q3FY2021, an increase of THB 12.11 million or 4.44 % Y-o-Y. The occupancy rates of Park Ventures Ecoplex and Sathorn Square remained strong at 97% and 94% respectively as at 30 June 2021.
GVREIT’s distribution payment from its third quarter operations (1 April – 30 June 2021) is THB 0.1960 per unit. The total distribution of THB 159.70 million will be made on 8 September 2021. From Q1FY2021 to Q3FY2021, GVREIT’s accumulated distribution is THB 0.5912 per unit.
