Caltex by Star Fuels Marketing Limited (SFL), a subsidiary of SPRC, led by Ms. Pinyada Thanatinnapop, Vice President of Corporate Affairs, Mr. Sayan Tanatiratorn, Area Sales Manager, Retail Sales, and Pure Thai Energy Company Limited, led by Ms. Kanokporn Jarukulvanich, Managing Director, welcomed executives and officials from the Department of Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce, during their site visit to inspect the fuel dispenser and present the “Gold-Level Standard Fuel Dispenser” certification signage at Caltex Pure Thai fuel service station, Sala Klang, Bang Kruai District. The “Gold-Level Standard Fuel Dispenser” certification is considered the highest level of recognition under the program, which highlights the company’s strong commitment to adhering to measuring standards, ensuring operational transparency, and building confidence among motorists to ensure they receive fair and correct fuel volume.
The company consistently prioritizes elevating service quality across Caltex fuel service stations through regular fuel dispenser inspections, station operations supervision, and personnel development to meet designated standards. Currently, 35 Caltex fuel service stations have been awarded the Gold-Level Standard certification. Meanwhile, numerous other Caltex fuel service stations nationwide have joined the initiative and are progressively passing the evaluations to receive certifications at various levels, totaling over 476 locations across Caltex’s network of 530 fuel service stations nationwide. Furthermore, the company continues to encourage additional fuel service stations to participate in the program to enhance service quality and reinforce consumers’ trust across all areas.
