Essmail Venture Two Limited and Essmail Venture Three Limited, subsidiaries of CloudHQ, a global developer, owner and operator of hyperscale data center, have recently executed a substantial Land Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) with Amata City Rayong Co., Ltd. to support the expansion of a new data center facility in Amata City Rayong. The agreement was formally signed by Mr. Johnson Tan, Director of Essmail Venture Companies and Managing Director of CloudHQ APAC, and Mr. Satha Vanalabhpatana, Managing Director of Amata City Rayong Company Limited, among others.
