Jaspal launched JPS CLUB, the new loyalty program using a data-driven strategy to enhance customer experiences with the benefits that are tailored to meet the customer needs

JASPAL CO.,LTD, Thailand’s leading fashion retailer, transforms the loyalty program with the launch of the “JPS CLUB,” which will improve the shopping experiences of 15 fashion brands managed by the company. Utilizing a data-driven strategy, the company is committed to create unique customer experiences while expanding into new business opportunities.  “JPS CLUB” targets to acquire a total of 430,000 members within the first 6 months of the launch.

JPS CLUB is a membership program with each 25 baht spent (after applicable discounts) worth 1 point. Customers can redeem points for discounts, prizes, and other benefits by shopping at the fashion stores under JASPAL CO., LTD., which includes 15 brands: JASPAL, CPS CHAPS, CC DOUBLE O, LYN, Lyn around, Misty Mynx, ROYAL IVY REGATTA, Jelly Bunny, V Eyewear, QUINN, LYN BEAUTY, FRED PERRY, Melissa, Shoe Bar and ASICS. There are 2 types of JPS CLUB members:

  1. Interested JPS CLUB members can apply for free membership to start earning points and earn 10 times more points in the month of birth (up to 20,000 baht per bill and limited to 1 time per brand). Customers can upgrade to JPS PLUS membership and receive additional benefits after spending 20,000 baht per year.
  1. JPS PLUS members are existing My Card program clients who have been automatically upgraded to JPS PLUS to start earning points and to earn 20 times more points in the month of birth (up to 20,000 baht per bill and limited to 1 time per brand). Furthermore, JPS PLUS members who are migrated from My Card program will enjoy a 10% discount on every purchase(normal price items only) until March 31, 2023. 

JPS CLUB is the company’s marketing strategy to rapidly expanding its client base. Customers can register for the membership without making a minimum purchase by scanning the QR code at the store counter and registering or applying online at www.jpsclub.com.
