Mrs. Ratrimani Pasiphol, Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Management and Organization Development, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, together with company executives, accepted two major distinctions at the Thailand People Management and Well‑Being Forum: Award Ceremony & Best Practices Sharing 2025.

Bangchak was the only company in the Oil and Gas sector to receive two Gold Awards for 2025, both for the second consecutive year, namely, the Thailand People Management Award and the Well-Being Organization Award. These recognitions reflect Bangchak’s commitment to systematic, future-focused human capital development and its role as a leading model of people management excellence, from strengthening employee well-being and quality of life to building capability, supporting career advancement, and fostering long-term growth.
During the event, Mrs. Ratrimani, together with executives from SCB X Public Company Limited and Thai Honda Company Limited, participated in a panel discussion titled “When High Performance Meets Human Sustainability.” The discussion explored how organizations can achieve business success while balancing performance, engagement, and employee well-being. She shared Bangchak’s people-centric policies and strategic practices that reinforce workforce engagement, aligned with the Company’s strategic vision Bangchak100x.
Mrs. Ratrimani emphasized that, in an era of rapid global change, Bangchak remains committed to supporting its employees in developing their capabilities and advancing their careers. When employees take on meaningful challenges and succeed through their own efforts, they experience self-realization, deepen their engagement, and contribute more effectively to the organization. The event was organized by the Personnel Management Association of Thailand (PMAT), in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University, and the Human Capital Management Club (HCM) under the Thai Listed Companies Association (TLCA), and was held at the Dusit Thani Bangkok.
