Fitch Ratings (Thailand) has assigned a rating of ‘AA-(tha)’ to PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited’s (PTTGC; BBB-/AA-(tha)/Negative) proposed senior unsecured debentures of up to THB17 billion.
