Amsterdam-based Hilco Industrial Acquisitions, B.V., an operating company of U.S.-based Hilco Global, announced today the strategic acquisition of all assets at ThyssenKrupp Heavy Plate Rolling Mill facility located in Duisburg-Huttenheim, Germany.
