The award-winning Italian restaurant at Shangri-La Bangkok presents a limited collaboration inspired by Nerano’s exclusive coastal dining destination, from 15 December 2026 to 15 January 2027.
Volti Tuscan Grill & Bar is set to bring the allure of an exclusive Amalfi Coast hideaway to Bangkok with a limited Conca del Sogno pop-up from 15 December 2026 to 15 January 2027. Located at Shangri-La Bangkok, Volti will host a dining collaboration inspired by the Nerano destination’s Southern Italian cuisine, warm hospitality and vibrant beach-club character.
Tucked into a private cove on Recommone Beach in Nerano, Conca del Sogno is known for turquoise waters, lively dining and its appeal to the yachting crowd travelling between Capri and Positano. Its guests have included internationally recognised entertainers, athletes and business figures, drawn to a setting where elegance meets a relaxed sense of fun.
Behind that coastal glamour is a family story dating to 1961. What began as a small trattoria has evolved into an exclusive seafood restaurant, beach club and boutique hotel, while remaining family-owned and managed. The Tizzani family’s Campanian recipes and commitment to fresh ingredients continue to shape its culinary identity.
At Volti, this heritage will inspire an expression of riverside chic, with seafood and seasonal produce at the heart of the culinary direction.
The limited-time culinary residency at Volti will feature a planned selection of Conca del Sogno’s signatures, including Spaghetti alla Nerano, Branzino Baked in Salt, Linguine with Lobster and Pistachio Profiteroles, alongside its signature Sgroppino drink.
Volti is planning evenings with music and Conca del Sogno’s signature Sgroppino ritual, bringing its playful beach-club spirit to the dining experience. Dates, music arrangements and details of the ritual will be announced before the pop-up opens.
Following limited-time dining experiences in London, the Bahamas, New York, Los Angeles, Miami and Aspen, Conca del Sogno will bring its coastal character to Volti’s riverside Bangkok dining setting. Menu details, prices and reservations will be announced ahead of the 15 December opening.
