The occasion marked Bangkok Bank’s provision of green financing for sustainable development to AP (Thailand) for residential projects aligned with the Thailand Taxonomy framework for environmentally sustainable economic activities. The financing supports three Apitown projects: Apitown Chachoengsao 2, Apitown Chanthaburi, and Apitown Buriram. The projects incorporate sustainability principles throughout every stage of development, with a focus on creating energy-efficient homes. Key features include designs that maximize natural ventilation and daylight, the use of materials that help reduce indoor heat, and infrastructure readiness for clean energy technologies such as EV charging stations. These initiatives help lower energy consumption and household expenses while fostering a healthier living environment for residents over the long term. At the same time, the collaboration reflects the Bank’s role as a “trusted partner and reliable close friend”, extending sustainable finance solutions from the business sector to consumers in a comprehensive manner.
