To celebrate the launch of its new app, J&T Express is offering a special promotion throughout September 2026, with a THB 9 delivery fee discount coupon for both new and existing customers who use the J&T Express App. The promotion is available for both parcel pickup requests made through the app and shipments dropped off at participating service points, including J&T Express branches, J&T Home and YOYI.
The promotion applies to parcels weighing up to 20 kg, with one discount entitlement per phone number throughout the campaign period. The discount applies to the delivery fee only and excludes packaging fees and additional fuel surcharges. It cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
