The PARQ joins Shma in celebrating its 19th anniversary with “Explore. Connect. Climb.: Explore Space, Embrace Active Living,” an event that brings Urban Wellness to life through movement, learning and shared experiences. The event also explores the design thinking behind Q Garden, the green heart of The PARQ, and how thoughtfully designed green spaces can support well-being, active living, and a more balanced everyday life.

During the Longevity Talk by Saran Maiprasert from Shma, participants explored the role of thoughtful space design in supporting longevity and well-being. The session highlighted how our surroundings can encourage movement, connection with nature, and social interaction. This reflects Shma’s concept of “Participation,” which brings together people, place, and nature to create spaces that truly support everyday life. The idea also aligns with The PARQ’s Life Well Balanced concept, where well-designed spaces can contribute to better well-being and a more balanced quality of life.
The experience continued with the Limber Mobility Club by Limber Studio, where participants stretched, moved, and released tension to improve flexibility, strength, and mobility. The morning concluded with a Bouldering Session at Stonegoat The PARQ, where participants learned the basics of bouldering while building strength, balance, and focus, with plenty of fun along the way.
Together, these activities reflect The PARQ’s concept that a balanced life can take many forms—whether through exercise, learning something new, connecting with others, or spending time in nature. The PARQ continues to create experiences that give everyone the opportunity to find balance and enjoy life in their own way.
