Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (“BC”) continues to strengthen its financial position after the Stock Exchange of Thailand approved BC-W5 as a listed security, with the first trading day on 22 July 2026.

Mr. Prabsharan Singh Thakral, the President and Group CEO of Boutique Corporation Public Company Limited (“BC”), stated that the issuance of Warrants to Purchase the Newly Issued Ordinary Shares of BC No. 5 (“BC–W5”) represents another key mechanism to strengthen the Company’s financial structure and maintain its working capital liquidity. Should all the warrants be fully implemented, the Company will receive additional funding to support its ongoing real estate development projects or to invest in accordance with its strategic plan.
In this regard, the Stock Exchange of Thailand has announced the acceptance of BC-W5 warrants as a listed security and has set 22 July 2026 as the first trading day.
BC-W5 was allocated to existing shareholders in proportion to their shareholdings (Rights Offering) at a ratio of 10 existing shares to 1 unit of warranty. Shareholders whose names appeared in the shareholders’ register on the Record Date of 22 June 2026 received BC-W5 free of charge, totaling 58,158,319 units. The exercise ratio is 1 warrant unit per 1 new ordinary share, at an exercise price of THB 1.00 per share. BC-W5 has a term of 7 months and 11 days from the date of issuance on 15 July 2026. The first exercise date is set for 31 August 2026, and the final exercise date is 26 February 2027.
