In celebration of Pride Month, Bangkok Baking Company (BBCO) at JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok presents a limited-time Pride Month dessert collection inspired by the colors of the Pride flag. Available from 1 – 30 June 2026, the collection brings together six individually crafted desserts, each designed around a different color and paired with ingredients believed to symbolize luck, positivity, and joy.
Created as a celebration of individuality, expression, and inclusivity, the collection transforms the spirit of Pride Month into playful pastries with vibrant finishes and layered flavors. The collection includes the red-hued ‘Charmy Ladybug’ with red velvet sponge, vanilla milk mousse, strawberry raspberry confit, and kaffir lime whipped ganache; the ‘Goodluck Knot’ featuring guava sponge, pineapple jam, orange cheesecake, and guava orange compote; and the bright yellow ‘Shining Star’ layered with almond sponge, mango passion fruit confit, lychee rose mousse, and almond crumbs. Also featured are the green ‘Four-leaf Clover’ with hojicha whipped ganache and matcha dark chocolate mousse, the blue ‘Feather Fairy’ with coconut mascarpone mousse and blueberry honey confit, and the violet ‘Amethyst Wish’ combining tonka milk chocolate mousse, blackcurrant cremeux, fig cake, and blackcurrant jelly.
Priced at THB 250 net per piece, the Pride Month desserts are available at Bangkok Baking Company (BBCO), JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok throughout June 2026.
