Jaspal Group and Bangkok University Present “RE-LIFE FABRIC” exhibition 20–22 May 2026 at Atrium 2, G Floor, Siam Center

Jaspal Group, one of the region’s leading retail fashion and lifestyle groups, continues to champion a more sustainable future while nurturing the next generation of creative talents. In collaboration with the Fashion Design Department, School of Fine and Applied Arts, Bangkok University, the group presents “RE-LIFE FABRIC: BU x JASPAL GROUP SUSTAINABLE COLLABORATION 2026” — a creative project that gives quality surplus fabrics from the fashion production process a new life through contemporary bag designs.

The project invites third-year fashion design students from Bangkok University to explore the creative potential of surplus fabrics from Jaspal Group’s production process and transform them into meaningful fashion pieces. As part of the Fashion Management & Entrepreneurship course, students gain hands-on experience working with a real fashion brand, while learning to design within material constraints and develop a deeper understanding of sustainable design. The initiative also reflects Jaspal Group’s belief in “The Power of Next” — the power of the new generation to help shape the future of Thai fashion with creativity, responsibility and purpose.

The exhibition presents the concept of “Seasons of Remnant”, tracing the journey of quality surplus fabrics as they are reimagined through the cycle of seasons. Once overlooked, these materials are rediscovered, reinterpreted and brought back to life as creative bag designs that merge art, fashion and function.

A total of 23 bag designs by eight student groups will be showcased, with inspiration drawn from the essence of four seasons: Spring: Rebirth, symbolising a fresh beginning; Summer: Energy, expressing colour, boldness and creative experimentation; Autumn: Transformation, representing the shift of materials into new forms and meanings; and Winter: Reflection, a moment to reconsider the true value of materials before they are carried forward into a new creative journey.

Discover the creative spirit of young designers and a fresh perspective on sustainable fashion at “RE-LIFE FABRIC: BU x JASPAL GROUP SUSTAINABLE COLLABORATION 2026”, held from 20–22 May 2026 at Atrium 2, G Floor, Siam Center.
