Begin the journey with a selection of savoury delights, thoughtfully crafted to balance richness and freshness. The Caramelised Onion and Cheese Tart features a spinach tart layered with sweet caramelised onions and melted cheese. The Citrus Prawn Roll presents a soft mini bun filled with succulent prawn, orange, pineapple, and orange mayonnaise for a bright, zesty bite. The Watermelon and Feta Mille-feuille offers delicate layers of watermelon paired with feta cheese and cucumber, creating a light and refreshing contrast. Completing the savoury selection is the Citrus Scone, a fragrant mixed citrus fruit scone served with coconut mango sugarcane jam and clotted cream.

Summer Orchard Afternoon Tea is priced at THB 1,380++ per set for two persons and THB 880++ per set for one person. Each set includes a pot of TWG tea or freshly brewed coffee. Guests may further enhance their afternoon with a glass of bubbly for an additional THB 200++.
