J&T Express, in collaboration with the Patrol and Special Operations Division of the Metropolitan Police Bureau, conducted a joint operation involving random parcel inspections and the enhancement of operational safety protocols within the parcel sorting system at the Samut Prakan sorting center. This initiative is aimed at strengthening the security of sorting operations and the overall delivery network, as well as preventing the misuse of parcel delivery services for illegal activities.
The inspection operation was led by Police Captain Chayut Intrakanchit, Deputy Inspector of Patrol Unit 2, Patrol Division, together with Legal Department of J&T Express. The Patrol and Special Operations Division of the Metropolitan Police Bureau is primarily responsible for preventing and suppressing drug-related crimes, including investigating and dismantling drug trafficking networks in the Bangkok metropolitan area.

In addition, in September 2025, the company received a certificate of recognition as a private sector organization supporting government operations from the Crime Suppression Division and the Technology Crime Suppression Division under the Central Investigation Bureau for several consecutive years.
