Carpe Diem Beach Club is inviting guests to celebrate Easter in true Mediterranean style with a special edition of its signature La Dolce Vita Sundays, bringing a vibrant, all-day beachfront experience to Bang Tao Beach on Sunday, 5 April 2026.

From 12–3 PM, the La Dolce Vita Easter Brunch offers a curated Mediterranean dining experience and bespoke Bloody Mary bar, elevated by live culinary performances and guest chef collaborations. Leading the kitchen takeover this time are Chef Palanca from VASO Bangkok, Chef Willy Trullas from El Willy Bangkok, and Chef David Aldea from La Cava Phuket, each bringing distinct flair to a refined yet high-energy brunch setting.
The experience begins with a welcome Pomada, a refreshing gin-and-lemon slushy from the Balearic Islands, before unfolding into a curated afternoon of interactive dining. From 1:30 PM onwards, the energy peaks with theatrical paella live-cooking performances and lively sangria moments presented directly at each table. Additional highlights include a live grill station featuring hanged cheese, lamb sirloin chops, and striploin steak, alongside Easter-inspired desserts, chocolate treats, and playful seasonal touches.
From 3 PM onwards, the atmosphere shifts into Carpe Diem’s signature pool party, with DJs, bottle service, and a vibrant beachfront crowd carrying the energy into the evening, culminating with the club’s signature fire show at 8 PM. The event is supported by Clase Azul Tequila, DRock Champagne, Titos Vodka, Aperol, Jose Cuervo, and Festilia.
Packages for La Dolce Vita Sunday Brunch start at THB 3,500 per guest.
Guests are advised that only children aged 12+ are welcome in the restaurant for brunch, and children aged 15+ are welcome in the pool area.
Walk-ins are welcome when availability permits; however, advance reservations are strongly recommended, as past La Dolce Vita brunch collaborations have sold out. For all reservations and information, visit carpediemphuket.com.
