EGG Digital and Partner Brands Win 7 Awards at LINE Thailand Awards 2025

EGG Digital reinforced its leadership in MarTech and data on the LINE platform by guiding partner brands to seven awards and three Achievement recognitions at LINE Thailand Awards 2025. The wins reflect EGG Digital’s ability to elevate the LINE ecosystem into a powerful digital marketing engine, combining data, AI, and the EGG ONE PLATFORM with LINE solutions to deliver end-to-end personalized automation across every customer touchpoint, driving engagement and measurable results.

Campaign spotlight: TAO BIN — From offline coffee vending to a data-driven digital lifestyle

Through the “TAO BIN Bridges Every Cup to Personalized Experience with Data” campaign, EGG Digital transformed TAO BIN’s machines into intelligent data collection points via an “Offline-to-OnLINE” connection strategy. Previously, CRM communication was limited, with only phone numbers captured at the machine, resulting in low visibility into customer behavior and limited ability to drive repeat purchases. EGG Digital integrated TAO BIN’s CRM with LINE OA using LINE Login and LON to capture LINE User IDs and unify customer data. Insights drawn from CRM and purchase behavior were used to build customer segmentation and deliver personalized communications, including notifications for loyalty point balances and payment confirmations, improving the overall experience and simplifying point accumulation. Results were measurable: LINE OA friends grew by 42%, LINE OA target reach rate increased by 40%, reward redemption rate rose by 37%, and personalized broadcast open rate was three times higher than mass broadcast. 

Campaign spotlight: Coway Thailand — Elevating self-service and sales via data binding

EGG Digital redesigned Coway Thailand’s LINE Official Account into a customer-service hub through the “LINE Connect and Notifications: Uplifting Customer Experience through Data and Personalization” campaign. LINE OA was connected to Coway’s customer database to consolidate data from dealer sales, website, and call center, enabling a self-service chatbot that provides real-time updates on orders, contracts, billing cycles, and after-sales service schedules. Customers receive monthly billing reminders, payment confirmations, and service appointment notifications via LINE Official Notifications, with automatic fallback to SMS based on user reachability. This improved precision and coverage across preferred channels while strengthening brand closeness. Outcomes included an LON delivery rate of 89%, LINE OA friend growth of 152%, LINE OA target reach up 172%, and block rate reduced from 13% to 8%.
