Indulge on impressively fresh and remarkably high-quality offerings from the ocean every Thursday and Sunday within the elegant ambience of InterContinental Bangkok’s all-day dining venue.
The dinner buffet entices with a Seafood on ice showcasing an unmatched variety. Irish and Fine De Claire Oysters are joined by a lush collection of Avruga Caviar, Salmon Roe, Black Lumpfish, and Red Lumpfish. Continue to be spoilt for choice with other chilled features such as steamed Golden King Crab Legs, Canadian Lobster, poached River Prawns and White Prawns, New Zealand Green Mussels and Swimmer Crab.
The experience continues at the BBQ Station, offering marinated Salmon with Dill Cream Sauce and marinated Tiger Prawns with Caper Butter Sauce, with Goong Ob Samoon Pai—roasted Sri Lankan river prawns with Thai herbs and peanut chilli sauce—as the highlight. The excitement continues on land with New Zealand Lamb T-Bone with Fresh herbs and Olive Oil and Australian Wagyu Beef Steak.
At the carvery is a Roasted Australian Beef Striploin cooked with fresh herbs and a Whole Salmon baked in rock salt and Thai herbs.
From the Chinese BBQ station will be perfected Roasted Duck as well as Crispy Pork Belly and BBQ Pork.
Desserts marvellously assembled live include Crêpes Suzettes with choices of Nutella, Strawberries, or Chocolate, and the famed Thai Mango Sticky Rice. The station even includes a Chocolate Fountain with its own spread of fresh seasonal fruits.
Diners can also enjoy the ambience with live music performance on Friday and Saturday night from 18.30 to 21.30 hours.
The Premium Seafood Dinner Buffet at Espresso is served every Thursday to Sunday from 18.00 to 22.30 hours, and is priced THB 2,250++ per person. For an additional THB 200++, enjoy unlimited fresh juices and soft drinks. Bubbles, bottles, brews and more beverage package is available at THB 900++ per person and THB 2,300++ per person with endless Champagne.
