LiVEx President Prapan Charoenprawatt announced that Energy Thai Trading Hub pcl will be listed and start trading on LiVE Exchange (LiVEx) under the ticker symbol “ETTH26” on January 30, 2026. ETTH26 is one of the enterprises participating in the preparatory programs provided by LiVE Platform to strengthen enterprise capabilities and accelerate growth.
ETTH26 provides comprehensive solar power generation services, categorized into 3 business models providing: (1) solar power generation services in the form of Power Purchasing Agreement (PPA), (2) solar panel installation contracting services in the form of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), and (3) civil engineering services to support the development of infrastructure for various projects. The company’s three main customer target groups consist of educational institutions, hospitals (public & private), and medium to large-sized businesses.
ETTH26 has a paid-up capital of THB 108.7 million, comprising 100 million existing ordinary shares and 8.7 million newly issued shares with a par value of THB 1.00 per share. The company offered the IPO shares to qualified investors as specified by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on January 23, 2026 at THB 3.75 per share, representing THB 32.64 million in funds raised, with the IPO market capitalization of THB 407.64 million (approximately USD 13.12 million). ETTH26 Chief Executive Officer Ruktai Prurapark stated that the company is committed to developing and delivering comprehensive renewable energy and environmental solutions to enhance energy security through renewable energy. The company has set key strategies to drive investment in renewable energy infrastructure. In addition, we have also encouraged on-site solar power and energy storage systems to purposely gear up customer businesses towards sustainable growth, ready for future energy shifts. The fundraising will be allocated to investment in PPA projects, short-term debt repayment, and as working capital.
Major shareholders of ETTH26 after the IPO are ARK Strategic Holdings Company Limited (22.08 percent), Chanyakorn Holding Company Limited (10.12 percent), and Ruktai Prurapark (9.97 percent). The company’s dividend policy is to pay shareholders not less than 50 percent of its net profit according to the company’s financial statement after all types of legally mandated reserves as stipulated in the company’s bylaws.
