One Bangkok is pleased to announce Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) as the inaugural anchor tenant of One Bangkok Tower 2. The relocation, SMBC’s first local office move in over a decade, is slated for the fourth quarter of 2026. SMBC is the Japanese financial institution with the longest operational history in Thailand from 1952.
