IMPACT REIT Posts THB 420.4 Million in Q2 FY 2025/26 Revenue, Average Rent Jumps 12%, Dividend Raised to THB 0.13/Unit as MICE and Concert Bookings Surge

IMPACT REIT announced its Q2 performance for fiscal year 2025/26 (ended September 30, 2025), with net profit growing faster than revenue. Total revenue reached THB 420.4 million, while net profit stood at THB 195.3 million, reflecting continued strong demand in the MICE sector—particularly from international events and concerts. The robust performance supported a 12% increase in average rental rates (ARR), alongside a dividend payout of THB 0.13 per unit, up from the same period last year.

Mr. Paul Kanjanapas, Chief Executive Officer of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., Property Manager of IMPACT GROWTH REIT, stated that the MICE industry—particularly exhibitions and concerts— remains a key economic engine, generating cash flow and stimulating the Thai economy. This has been a major driver behind the REIT’s consistently strong performance this year. With IMPACT’s strength as a leading event venue in Southeast Asia, offering a total area of over 479,761 square meters and a net exhibition space of 122,165 square meters, along with comprehensive infrastructure, the past quarter saw a continuous stream of events and a significant increase in rental rates.

Toward the end of 2025 and into 2026, a lineup of major events—including festivals, international exhibitions, and concerts by leading artists from Thailand and around the world—is scheduled to take place continuously. This momentum is expected to further boost the occupancy rate. Meanwhile, the opening of the Sky Entrance, which directly connects the Pink Line monorail to IMPACT Challenger, will enhance convenience for MICE travelers both domestic and international, reinforcing Muang Thong Thani’s position as a fully-fledged Smart MICE Destination.

Additionally, the REIT is advancing its collaboration with Live Nation, a global entertainment leader, to energize IMPACT Arena and position Thailand as a key destination for future international concert tours.

Ms. Wanphen Mungpiensakul, Managing Director of RMI Co., Ltd., as the REIT Manager of IMPACT Growth REIT, stated that the overall performance in the second quarter remained on a positive trajectory, showing growth compared to the previous year. Despite ongoing economic challenges, demand for event space remains strong—particularly from private sector events and international concerts—which has steadily driven both revenue and average rental rates. This growth has been accompanied by consistent dividend payments to unitholders.

IMPACT Growth REIT reported its Q2 performance for fiscal year 2025/26 (ended September 30, 2025), with total revenue of THB 420.4 million, up 2% year-on-year, and net profit of THB 195.3 million, an increase of 8%, reflecting continued strength in asset management. The REIT also announced a dividend payment of THB 0.13 per unit, up from THB 0.11 per unit in the same period last year.

At the same time, the REIT’s average rental rate (ARR) per square meter rose by 12% to THB 91, driven by the sustained resurgence of large-scale concerts and events, both domestic and international.

IMPACT Growth REIT continues to demonstrate stable growth potential, supported by rising rental rates and an efficient cost structure, which have contributed to steady increases in profit and dividend payouts. Additional growth drivers include the opening of the Pink Line Skytrain extension, which directly connects to the venue, as well as plans to develop additional buildings and new projects within the Muang Thong Thani area.
