The star of the night is salmon, presented in its most enticing forms, from delicate sashimi and Nordic-style gravlax to crispy Tom Yum salmon skin and indulgent salmon roe. Highlights include Whole Salmon with ikura, Smoked Salmon Croquettes, Salmon Terrine, Salmon Katsu with wasabi tartar sauce, and White Fish Ceviche, alongside Grilled Argentinian Prawns, Shrimp Tartare, and Mussels and A beautifully roasted turkey is at the heart of the buffet.
