]]> <![CDATA[NTT DATA ประกาศเปิดตัวรายงาน “2026 Global AI Report: A Playbook for AI Leaders”เผยแนวทางที่องค์กรชั้นนำใช้ AI สร้างการเติบโตทางธุรกิจอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม]]> https://www.thaipr.net/it/3678173 Sun, 21 Dec 2025 10:58:10 +0700 it https://www.thaipr.net/?p=3678173 NTT DATA ผู้นำระดับโลกด้าน AI ธุรกิจดิจิทัล และบริการไอที ประกาศเปิดตัวรายงาน “2026 Global AI Report: A Playbook for AI Leaders” ซึ่งถอดบทเรียนจากองค์กรชั้นนำทั่วโลกที่สามารถเปลี่ยนวิสัยทัศน์ด้าน AI ให้กลายเป็นผลลัพธ์ทางธุรกิจที่วัดผลได้จริง  รายงานฉบับนี้จัดทำจากงานวิจัยเชิง Benchmark ใหม่ของ NTT DATA โดยสำรวจความคิดเห็นผู้บริหารระดับสูงจำนวน 2,567 คน จาก 35 ประเทศ ครอบคลุม 15 อุตสาหกรรม เพื่อศึกษาว่าองค์กรใดสามารถก้าวข้ามการทดลองใช้ AI (Pilot) ไปสู่การสร้างกำไรและความได้เปรียบทางการแข่งขันอย่างยั่งยืน AI Leaders สร้างผลลัพธ์เหนือค่าเฉลี่ยอย่างชัดเจน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า มีเพียง 15% ขององค์กรทั้งหมด ที่เข้าข่ายเป็น “ผู้นำด้าน AI (AI Leaders)” ซึ่งนิยามจากความชัดเจนของกลยุทธ์ AI รูปแบบการดำเนินงานที่มีความพร้อมสูง และการนำ AI ไปใช้โดยมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์เชิงธุรกิจ  องค์กรกลุ่มผู้นำเหล่านี้มีผลการดำเนินงานเหนือกว่าองค์กรอื่นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดยมีแนวโน้ม สร้างการเติบโตของรายได้มากกว่า 10% สูงกว่าค่าเฉลี่ยถึง 2.5 เท่า ทำอัตรากำไร (Profit Margins) ตั้งแต่ 15% ขึ้นไป มากกว่าถึง 3 เท่า มีตำแหน่ง Chief AI Officer (CAIO) และกรอบกำกับดูแล AI อย่างเป็นทางการในองค์กร นาย ยูทากะ ซาซากิ ประธานและซีอีโอของ NTT DATA Group กล่าวว่า “ความรับผิดชอบด้าน AI ในวันนี้ไม่ใช่เรื่องของฝ่ายไอทีเพียงอย่างเดียว แต่เป็นวาระระดับคณะกรรมการบริหาร งานวิจัยของเราชี้ให้เห็นว่า ผู้นำด้าน AI คือองค์กรที่ใช้ AI เพื่อสร้างความแตกต่าง สร้างการเติบโต และออกแบบความร่วมมือระหว่างมนุษย์กับเทคโนโลยีขึ้นมาใหม่อย่างเป็นระบบ” กลยุทธ์ (Strategy): วิธีคิดของผู้นำด้าน AI รายงานระบุว่า AI Leaders มอง AI เป็นกลไกหลักในการขับเคลื่อนการเติบโต และปรับกลยุทธ์องค์กรให้สอดคล้องกัน โดยมีจุดร่วมสำคัญคือ […]
