]]> <![CDATA[หลักสูตรเพื่อประชาชน นักสังคมสงเคราะห์ ข้าราชการ วิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม เอกชน NGO-INGO เพื่อการป้องกันการค้ามนุษย์ในเด็กและเยาวชน]]> https://www.thaipr.net/education/3386089 Wed, 20 Sep 2023 16:23:41 +0700 education https://www.thaipr.net/education/3386089 15 กันยายน 2566 นางสาว ซาราห์ บินเย๊าะ ที่ปรึกษาวิชาการพัฒนาสังคม กระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ (พม.) เป็นประธานพิธีเปิด-ปิดและมอบประกาศนียบัตร “โครงการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการนำร่อง เรื่อง การป้องกันการแสวงหาประโยชน์ในเด็กและเยาวชน ในบริบทประเทศไทยและภูมิภาคอาเซียน” ซึ่งจัดโดยศูนย์ฝึกอบรมอาเซียนด้านสังคมสงเคราะห์และสวัสดิการสังคม (ATCSW) ณ ห้องประชุมประชาบดี อาคารกระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ โดยมี ศูนย์ ATCSW ตระหนักว่าสถานการณ์การค้ามนุษย์ ในปัจจุบันมีการเพิ่มขยายขึ้นจากในอดีตที่ผ่านมา และมีรูปแบบที่เปลี่ยนไป ซึ่งมีทั้งรูปแบบทางตรงและทางอ้อม และด้วยสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของ COVID-19 เป็นปัจจัยหนึงในการเพิ่มอัตตราการค้ามนุษย์ทางออนไลน์ เช่น การหลอกลวงเด็กและเยาวชน ผ่านสื่อโฆษณาออนไลน์ และ วิธีการดั้งเดิม โดยที่วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับทักษะต่างๆ อาทิ การสอบสวนเด็กและเยาวชนแบบเป็นมิตรและเหมาะสมกับเด็ก การใช้คำต่างๆ วิธีการพูดและเขียนให้ครอบคลุมกับทุกกลุ่มเป้าหมาย เยาวชน LGBTIQ การประยุกต์เทคนิคในการจำลองสถานการณ์ การโต้เวที การพูดคุยรอบวง และ ในแง่ทฤษฏี แนวคิด การค้ามนุษย์ ปัญหา บทบาทของนักสังคมสงเคราะห์ในการแก้ปัญหาดังกล่าว กฎหมายและความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศในการป้องกันการค้ามนุษย์ กรณีศึกษาในประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ ไทย และ อินโดนีเซีย […]
