This year, Hong Kong Fisherman, led by a Hong Kong chef with over 40 years of culinary expertise, has created the original Hong Kong recipe of rice dumpling made with the finest sticky rice stir fried with oil and stuffed with Hong Kong roasted duck, salted egg yolk, shiitake mushroom, chestnuts, and ginkgo which benefits the brain and memory. What's more, peanuts, green beans, and Chinese sausage are added, all wrapped in lotus leaf and bamboo leaves and then steamed until fragrant.
