Highlights from our menu include Foie gras terrine with brioche and jam, poached egg or scrambled eggs, special pasta of the day, luscious steak for meat lovers and grilled fish of the day. Guests can choose preferred dishes from the menu and our chefs will prepare them, fresh from the open kitchen.
What’s more, the best highlight from our live station is live lobsters, which guarantee the freshness and great taste. Guests can also enjoy an array of mouthwatering appetizers, salads, premium cold cuts, carving stations, fresh salmon, tuna tartar, smoked, cured and marinated variety of Norwegian salmon as well as various kind of cheese.
