Photo Release: DE Ministry welcomes AMCHAM for possible areas of collaboration and discussing new digital policy priorities

          Recently, the Minister of Digital Economy and Society, H.E. Mr. Buddhipongse Punnakanta (in the middle) welcomed The American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand (AMCHAM) on a high-level courtesy call. AMCHAM attendees were led by Heidi Gallant, Executive Director, AMCHAM Thailand (4th from left), and the Digital Economy Committee including Peter Fischbach, President, ISM Technology Recruitment (3rd from left), Tomwit Jarnson, Government Affairs and Public Policy Director, AMCHAM Thailand (2nd from left), and Ms. Waleeporn Sayasit, Corporate Communications Director, T.C.C. Technology Co., Ltd. (1st from left). The meeting agenda focused on the MDES's new policy priorities and the recent Cybersecurity Act and the enforcement of Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), and also on possible areas of collaboration in the future.
          The AMCHAM event received a warm welcome from the DE Ministry, H.E.
